In 1933, Champagne VOLLEREAUX was installed in PIERRY, a vineyard classified as a Premier Cru located in the center of Champagne. This village is known in particular for the work of Brother Jean OUDART (1654-1742), who dedicated his life to the cultivation of the vine in this place and to the improvement of Champagne wine in the world, among other prestigious figures. We wanted to create a batch from our plots planted on this hill. Grappa Bianca del Bardolino 0.70L
Grappa obtained by distilling the best pomace of Bardolino Classico. Opalescent transparent white color, it has an intense characteristic aroma of cut flowers and a dry, delicate and elegant flavor. The pomace obtained from a soft pressing not to break the skin so that greater aromas and perfumes are kept inside it, once fermented, is placed in small completely copper cauldrons. Distillation takes place by steam with a discontinuous method, the steam from under the stills heats the pomace slowly removing its humors. Distilling at low pressure very slowly a harmonious, aromatic, full-bodied product is obtained. With the discontinuous method the head and tail of the grappa are naturally separated.
